Welcome to Morocco Tours (referred to as “Morocco Tours” or “we”). Our website, https://www.morocco-tours.us/ (hereinafter referred to as the “site”), offers various day trips, activities, and itineraries exclusively organized by Morocco Tours. We operate without any intermediaries, ensuring a direct connection with our clients.

Please review the following terms and conditions before booking a trip with us, as they are binding upon you.

Booking Confirmation

Upon receiving your reservation and deposit, we will consider it as a confirmed booking. We will then send you detailed information on what to bring, how to prepare, travel directions, the itinerary, our cancellation policy, and hotel details before and after the tour.

Initial Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your private tour reservation.

Final Payment

The balance for the entire tour must be paid 90 days before departure via credit card or bank transfer. If you pay the deposit by credit card, we will assume you wish to use the same card for the balance unless you notify us otherwise in writing. If the balance is not paid by the due date, Morocco Tours reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded minus the following fees:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. We cannot make exceptions to these policies. Should unforeseen circumstances necessitate changes to the itinerary, Morocco Tours will strive to select alternative accommodations of similar standards and minimize alterations. We reserve the right to cancel any trip, in which case a full refund will be issued, representing the full settlement.

Arrival and Departure

Each tour starts and ends in a town accessible by plane, train, boat, or car. Pickup and drop-off locations are specified on each tour page and in your pre-departure information. It may be beneficial to arrive at the starting location the night before departure. We can provide instructions for booking hotels or make reservations for you if needed. Hotels may require a credit card to hold reservations or, in rare cases, a check in advance. We will inform you of specific hotel policies.

Transportation and Program

Transportation during the trip will be as specified in the proposal. The vehicle size will depend on the number of travelers and will be decided by Morocco Tours.

Accommodation

Trip prices are based on double occupancy. If traveling alone, you can book a single room for an additional charge. The availability of single rooms is limited.

Children

There is no minimum age for children on escorted trips. Discounts for children sharing a room as a third person apply to those under 11 years old.

Insurance

Our vehicles are insured, but we do not offer travel insurance. We recommend obtaining travel, medical, or other insurance. Travel insurance is advisable for your Moroccan tour, including medical, interruption, and cancellation coverage. We can provide recommendations based on feedback from previous customers.

Public Holidays

During religious holidays and national celebrations, some sites may be closed. Touring itineraries on such days may be adjusted accordingly.

Morocco Tours accommodates travelers arriving by different airlines and on different days. Times listed in itineraries are approximate and serve as guidelines. Itineraries online or in print are indicative. Morocco Tours reserves the right to make necessary itinerary changes. In such cases, a site visit may be substituted or removed to allow more time at other locations. No monetary refund or compensation will be provided for itinerary changes.

It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled flights and package components. Arriving two nights late may be considered a “no-show,” in which case no refund will be provided for unused services.

Responsibility and Release

To enjoy our tours, you should be in good health and able to walk reasonable distances, sometimes on uneven surfaces. Memorable sightseeing often requires walking. The amount of walking is at your discretion. We recommend packing sturdy, comfortable walking shoes.

You are responsible for selecting a trip that matches your abilities, fitness levels, and health. For assistance, contact a Morocco Tours Trip Coordinator at +17869360773. You must also read pre-trip information and bring appropriate clothing and equipment. Respecting local customs and laws is essential. Morocco Tours reserves the right to accept, remove, retain, or decline any trip member for any reason. In such cases, a refund for the unused services will be provided.

Payment of your deposit signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions and all related information in the catalog and trip departure materials.

Morocco Tours is not liable for any claims, damages, expenses, or financial losses due to injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience from any service provider’s act or omission, weather, sickness, strikes, quarantines, or other tour members’ actions, or any cause beyond our control.

Photography for Promotional Purposes

We may use photographs, images, or videos taken by trip participants or our associates for promotional purposes without payment or compensation. If you do not wish for images of you or your group to be used, notify us before your trip starts. Lack of notification implies acceptance of these terms regarding image use.
